Shipping & Delivery

Delivery within Australia

All deliveries within Australia will arrive within 5-7 working days. There may be some periods where stock components will need to be ordered and delivery time will take longer. We will notify you in this instance with your options for delivery.  

 

In Australia we use Express Post for all parcels. Please ensure your mailbox can accommodate a boxed parcel otherwise an Express post card will be left for the parcel to be collected at your nominated Post Office in your state. Australia Post will deliver between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.  

 

Delivery costs:

All packages $7.95

Gift vouchers $3.00

 

Once your parcel has been dispatched from the Owl of Eden online warehouse a unique tracking code will be sent to your nominated email address. The status of all Express Post deliveries can be tracked on the Australia Post website using this unique tracking number.

Personal information collected online will only be for Owl of Eden marketing purposes. Owl of Eden does not share, sell or trade any of your personal information gathered online.

At Owl of Eden we want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. If you prefer not to receive promotional information from us or if you do not want your information used to enhance your shopping experience, please let us know by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our communications.

 

Any information that we no longer require is destroyed securely. An exception to this may be retention of the information for data analysis. However, if this occurs then the information will be retained in a form that does not allow you to be identified from that information.

Returns & Replacements

Owl of Eden will offer a refund & exchange when:

-      The piece has a fault. This may be the result of a loose link or faulty clasp or chain. 

-      A customer simply changes their mind after 14 days from purchase.  

 

(Owl of Eden reserves the right to offer a repair, replacement, refund, exchange of the goods or provide a credit note dependent on the particular circumstances)

 

Owl of Eden will not offer refunds & exchanges when:

-      No proof of purchase is offered by the customer

-      The goods have been damaged after the purchase i.e. have been dropped, scratched, chipped or had excessive wear. This can be due to use of excessive perfume or hair spray, which can tarnish the chain & components. 

-      Some Owl of Eden pieces will have natural or manufactured inconsistencies in the colour, size or pattern of the beads, crystals and stones used.

-      If you have changed your mind after purchasing earrings we cannot offer you an exchange or refund due to hygienic reasons.

 

Online: Returns

If you are unhappy with anything, have changed your mind or have found a fault on something you have bought from our website, we will gladly exchange it should we have it in stock, repair it if the item is no longer in stock or exchange for another piece all together. We can also give you your money back for products unworn and in original condition, if returned within 14 days of you receiving the product.

After receiving a returns authorization number from us please post the items and proof of purchase to:

In the event that your product is lost in transit, Owl of Eden will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns by Insured Registered Post.

 

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. Please note that your proof of purchase can be an invoice, bank statement or email confirmation from Owl of Eden recording that payment has been received. 

 

Upon receipt of the goods, Owl of Eden will refund the postage back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase and then send the goods back to you.

Returns to store

Within 14 days of receiving the product you may return any items purchased to Owl of Eden’s store.

 

Proof of purchase and the purchase credit card will be required. Item must not have been worn and is in its original condition. Please see the ‘Contact’ section of our website to find our store.

If you are dissatisfied with anything you purchased online or in store that is faulty or significantly different to that shown or described to you or not performing the function you were led to believe that it would and Owl of Eden in its reasonable opinion agrees, you are entitled to choose a refund, credit or have the product repaired or exchanged, provided that the product is returned to Owl of Eden within 14 days together with proof of purchase. In these circumstances Owl of Eden will refund your postage expense to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. 



Ordering

1. HOW TO ORDER: The kind of item category you are looking for such as earrings, necklaces or bracelets can be found at the top right hand side of the page. Once you have selected the particular item heading
 a SHOP BY menu page will appear giving you a selection of shopping by price, range or colour listed on the left hand side. As you browse through the categories you will see all the styles displayed in the main body. If you know the piece or range name you may want to simply use our SEARCH button to discover the exact item you are looking for. 
By clicking on a particular style you will see the details of that style including the image, price, colour and description. To see an enlarged picture, click on it. To add the item to your shopping cart, simply click on ADD TO CART. Keep browsing and adding items in this way.

 

2. CART: You can review your items at any time by clicking on MY CART. You can delete styles and change quantities as necessary. To amend the quantity simply type a new quantity amount in the box, click Update Shopping Cart and the order amount will adjust automatically. 
To delete an item simply click the ‘X’ next to the item price. To continue shopping click on the ‘continue shopping’ button.

 

3. CHECKOUT: Once you are happy with your order, click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’.  All shipping costs will be added for you to review. To continue, enter your details in the following sections:

 

Checkout Method: You can checkout as a guest or register for future fast and easy checkout. This way you will not need to retype every field each time you re-order. Please ensure your email address and your phone number is correct as they are used if we need to contact you about your order.

 

Billing Information: Please ensure you fill out all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk *

 

Shipping Information: If you intend to send a gift, the billing address will be your address and the shipping address will be to the person you are sending the gift to. This way they will not receive the automatic invoice.

 

Shipping Method: All items are sent via express post within Australia.

 

Payment information: This is a secure area and you will notice the security lock in the bottom right hand corner of your browser. The security lock ensures your order & payment details are encrypted by a 128 bit encryption and remain secure over the internet. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express but do not accept cash, cheque, money order or travellers cheques.

Once you have completed all fields marked with an *, please click on the ‘continue checkout’ button. You will then be shown all your order details for you to review and confirm. If you are happy your details are correct, click on the ‘place your order’ button. Your credit account will then be debited.
